Hotel Policies

Check-In / Check-Out for the visitors

  •  Beloi hotel informs you that due to the current situation the arrival and departure time has changed so as to prevent the squeeze and mixing of people at the reception; proper cleaning, sterilization and adequate ventilation of the hotel is ensured at the same time
  •  From now on, the arrival time is from 15:00 to 23:00 and the departure time is from 8:30 to 11:00. We are striving to adapt our visitors’ staying, provided we are informed about the estimated time of your arrival by your booking. Your request for extension of your departure time or earlier arrival can be arranged in the reception desk and depends on the availability according to the fullness of the hotel.

 

Policy of change/ cancellation

  • For flexible, due to covid 19, bookings that are canceled up to 3 days prior to arrival, are normally refunded (the amount of the down payment, minus postage, bank charges, or online payment processing fees, if any).
  • In case of cancelling your booking 3 days earlier, a minimum of 30% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
  • For flexible bookings that are canceled up to 14 days prior to arrival, are normally refunded (the amount of the down payment, minus postage, bank charges, or online payment processing fees, if any).
  • In case of cancelling your booking 14 days earlier, a minimum of 30% of the total price of the reservation will be charged
  • Payment in advance for bookings during high season (holidays, celebrations etc ) that are canceled up to 21 days prior to arrival, is normally refunded (the amount of the down payment, minus postage, bank charges, or online payment processing fees, if any).
  • In case of cancellation within 21 days prior to your arrival, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged, the total amount of the down payment.
  • In case of a reduction in the number of nights of a reservation, within the aforementioned restrictions, 3, 14 and 21 days prior to your arrival, you will be charged a change fee that is equal to 50% of the booking amount that corresponds to the nights the reservation was reduced.
  • In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged during high season and 50% for the other periods.

 

Cancellation policy (Nonrefundable rates)

  • These reservations may not be changed or canceled except in cases of force majeure, etc. due to a pandemic or strike by monopoly shipping or natural disaster.
  • The reservation is strictly unchanged, with the exception of special cases that were previously mentioned, when the reservation is transferred up to 18 months after the initial date of arrival. However, both in the altered or non-altered booking, in case of cancellation the prepayment is not refundable.
  • In case of incorrect reservation with non-refundable price you have the possibility to change dates or even cancel the reservation within 4 hours after making it.

 

Deposit / Guarantee

All flexible online, phone or email reservations must be guaranteed before your arrival, by debiting the amount by debit or credit card or by depositing a value equal to 30% and 50% respectively, of the total booking depending on the period.

Last minute bookings, bookings, 14 days prior to arrival, have to be guaranteed prior to your arrival by charge of a major credit card, PayPal or bank deposit that is equal to 50% of the total amount.

All final non-refundable bookings must be paid in full, 100%, prior to your arrival in the payment method of your choice.

Please arrange your payment within the next four (4) working days of booking date, and in case of bank/wire transfer send us a copy of the transaction by email by email or contact with us through a phone call. If we don’t receive proof of payment, electronic or other, within four (4) working days from the date of booking, the booking will be cancelled. The hotel will not secure any reservation unless guaranteed by the above methods

 

Smoking policy:

Smoking is prohibited in the rooms, corridors and all enclosed areas of the hotel. In the event that smoking is found to be in a room, the hotel will charge an amount to your account upon your departure for the room cleaner.

 

Policy of the use of the kitchen inside the rooms:

  • Guests are responsible for the proper use of the kitchen in our rooms.
  • The preparation of food that can cause intense and long-lasting smell in the room is prohibited.
  • In case the room is delivered with intense smell that has penetrated the furniture and the fabrics there will be an extra charge for cleaning
  • The hotel is not responsible for any accidents that might happen due to a non- authorized use of the kitchen appliances by the under-age people.

 

Policy for pets:

Pets are allowed in specific rooms and under specific conditions, for example in the room it will have its bed, in the restaurant it will be in its cage/house and in the external area it will always be close to its owners. Please inform us when booking about your intention to come with your dog to the hotel, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for its arrival.

 

Children and additional persons:

  • For children aged 4 up to 12 years the charge is €25 per night including breakfast
  • For children aged over 12 years the charge is €15 per night, just like for an adult
  • Maximum capacity of extra beds / babycots in a double room is 1. Maximum capacity of double rooms is 3. Maximum capacity of persons in a suite 6.
  • In case you request for extra bed that was not calculated in the initial booking the charge will be €10
  • Cribs / extra beds and extra beds are available upon request and availability.

Please contact us before your arrival to ensure we have the proper arrangement available for your bedroom.

 

Policy for children

  • Children under the age of ten must be accompanied by their parents/ guardians at any time during their staying at the hotel
  • The hotel is not responsible for any accidents that might happen due to a non-authorized use of the kitchen appliances by the under-age people.

 

Minimum Age Requirements:

All guests must be 18 years of age or older to confirm rooms at Beloi Hotel. A valid identity card or passport must be presented at the time of arrival for age verification. Accommodation with access to a minibar and alcohol will be provided only to those guests with a valid ID confirming age 21 and over. Any guest who does not meet the minimum legal age for drinking alcohol of 21 years will be denied any room service that includes alcohol.
